September 2023: PIM Field Specifications

ICONIX Waterworks is currently working on updating our product information management (PIM) database and adding all our top vendors’ products in order to optimize and facilitate product creation moving forward.

We would appreciate your help in providing us with information on your entire product catalogue.

What We Require:

• All your products in Excel format. Please download this Excel file and populate it with your product catalogue.

  Note: We would prefer one product attribute per column to facilitate the import into our PIM. If that is not possible, please provide a complete description in English and/or French.

• Any other relevant product information, such as images and specifications (URLs are acceptable), UPC, weight, packages, dimensions, etc.

Requirements If URLs Are Not Available:

Images:

-  File Type: jpg, gif, png, tiff, pdf
-  Density: At least 72 dpi (max 300 dpi)
-  Resolution: 500 x 500 pixels
-  File Size: 5MB max

Documents:

-  File Type: pdf
-  Density: At least 72 dpi (max 300 dpi)
-  File Size: 50MB max
